A new Trojan email is circulating on the web and is claiming to be from the IRS.

The IRS does not and will not communicate by email when it will send out notices. If you are not already communicating with the IRS and you do receive an email do not open it. The email circulating are placing Trojan type programs on computers that can take over certain operating functions.
