PROFILE
A family medical clinic designed to provide care for non-urgent needs on a walk-in basis. The practice was founded by a physician’s assistant with the desire to be compassionate and develop relationships with the patients that needed treatment for everything from the common cold to castings for breaks and fractures.
PROBLEM
As a busy physician’s assistant, Jeremy started his clinic with a desire to help. As the owner and responding medical provider, Jeremy’s day was spent treating—his first priority. Running a busy office, developing policies, handling employee issues, creating handbooks and all the other details were needed. However, when he wasn’t treating patients, he had to focus on marketing and growing the clinic. One wasn’t necessarily more important than the other, but as Jeremy stated, “I just have a limited amount of time to get it all done!”
