The purpose of this is to try and reserve medical PPE for medical professionals who require it for COVID-19. - Effective March 17 at 8:00am, through April 30 (at the earliest) all restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, and similar places closed for on-premises orders. Bars, breweries, pubs, distilleries, wineries, etc. closed entirely unless they were able to serve food to-go. Cigar bars, gyms, movie theaters, concert halls, and casinos were closed entirely. - Effective March 19 at 8:00am through April 30 (at the earliest) non-essential personal services facilities and horse tracks/off-track betting facilities were closed. This included hair or nail salons, spas, tattoo, and massage facilities. This was an issued as an extension to the public health order noted above.
