2011 Annual Open Enrollment

We are excited to announce that the month of May is the Annual Open Enrollment period for 2011 benefits with StaffScapes, Inc.  All co-employees who average 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate. Exciting opportunities available to you and your family include:

If you already participate in our benefit programs, please note that this is your only opportunity to make changes to your elections.  In addition, we are pleased to highlight two new benefits recently announced.  As a co-employee of StaffScapes, you are provided with a $5,000 life insurance policy and $5,000 AD&D policy at no cost to you. If you haven’t already done so, be sure to designate your life insurance beneficiary. 

Enrollment forms must be received no later than May 31, 2011.  Effective coverage date is June 1, 2011.  Forms may be faxed to 303-466-7947 or originals mailed to StaffScapes, 1070 W. 124th Avenue, Ste. 900, Westminster, CO 80234.  For questions, please call 303-466-7864 and ask to speak with your Benefit Specialist.
