New OSHA database of occupational chemicals available online

OSHA and the EPA have partnered together and recently released an online database of occupational chemicals.  They created this database to give employers convenient access to information on over 800 chemicals commonly located in a workplace. Reports available on the website include: an all-in-one “Full Report”, “Physical Properties,” “Exposure Guidelines,” “NIOSH Pocket Guide,” and “Emergency Response Information,” including the DOT Emergency Response Guide. Please be sure to go to the OSHA Occupational Chemical Database website to research information about the chemicals located or used at your worksite.
